JBQ型移动手抬两用式机动消防泵是采用国产188FD与江山市通联泵业成套有限公司生产的单级离心水泵配套制造的。具有结构紧凑、启动方便、出水迅速、油耗低、重量轻、工作可靠等特点。路面平整可以用小车推，路面坑洼可以把小车卸下来手抬（也可直接手抬），方便快捷；对于狭路、深巷及消防车辆不能通行场所，更具有独特灵活机动的优点，是消防部队、专职消防队、森林消防队、城镇、农村、工矿企业、义务消防队扑救一般物质火灾及小型油类火灾的理想设备。
本产品按照GB6245-2006 «手动机动消防泵»的标准要求执行。
